    UGC Creator Contract Template

    A plain-English agreement between brand and creator.

    Section 1: Parties

    Section 3: Creative Direction

    • The Brand will provide a written brief outlining key messages, tone, dos/don’ts, and mandatory mentions.
    • The Creator retains creative freedom within the brief guidelines. Over-scripting is discouraged to maintain content authenticity.

    Section 4: Revisions

    • [X] rounds of revisions are included in the agreed fee.
    • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at $[X] per round.
    • Revision requests must be submitted within [X] business days of draft delivery.

    Section 5: Usage Rights & Licensing

    • If the Creator fails to deliver by the agreed deadline without prior notice, the Brand may cancel without payment.

    • Both parties agree not to disclose confidential campaign details, pricing, or strategy to third parties.

    Section 11: Governing Law

    • This agreement is governed by the laws of [State], Australia.
